Steve has always loved 70’s Bronco’s especially since his first desert race was in one.  His wife found a 1971 K Bar S built Bronco in 2005 and they decided to do a full restoration on it which took about 3 years.  The Bronco was assembled by Ron Berchisen of Team Ford Las Vegas.

Steve decided to build this Bronco with the new 363 cubic inch Boss 302 crate engine.  The original 1969-1970 Clevleand-Boss variant was rated at 290 hp and 290 lb-ft of torque.  The new Boss 302 is rated at 500 hp @ 6500 rpm and 450 lb-ft @ 5300 rpm.
