Off Road Action was a pipe dream of two second generation racers. Dale Nyeste and Wes Kibble were talking about the “good old days” growing up at the playdays watching their fathers race Broncos with Desert Dogs and Terra tires. Wes and Dale started talking about scanning photos and making a website. The next day Wes decided to go ahead and start the second version of Off Road Action. The site grew very quickly and after a year he decided to take it a different direction… more towards a blog that people could subscribe to. Hence, what you see before you.

In 2012 Wes started a new career and decided to sell Off Road Action. You can read more about it here.
Curtis Guise, producer of the Dezert People Video Series and co-owner of Race-Dezert.com has taken over for Wes and has many plans to continue and grow the site.

I have several vintage 1960’s and 1970’s pictures of my dad and his Land Cruiser club as well as a few from his pit crew days for the Baja 500 and his dune buggy built in the late 60’s. All are on photobucket and I’d be glad to contribute them to this site.
