NBC Steve posted some photos of his 1979 Ford F350 on the “Show Us Your Truck” thread on Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum and I love it! The only thing I would change is the rims…perhaps something more 1979 vintage style. Ohter than that, it is almost perfect. What do you think?

Broncitis of the Classic Broncos forum has recently purchased one of the infamous balloon chaser F100 and will be giving it a full restoration. You may notice the ambulance Bronco in the photo, which belongs to his father and is also being restored.

Overall, the 1977 F100 stepside is in pretty good shape for being stored outside for the last 20 years. It definatly needs some paint work, the rims will be changed to slots or turbines (both were used) and a mild 460 has replaced the 351m.

Make sure to check the restoration thread out on Classic Broncos and hear some of the wild tales of chasing a hot air balloon across America. Being thrown in jail in Mexico, Ford rescinding their sponsorship…what an adventure!

The Bigfoot team has been restoring the original Bigfoot monster truck over the last few years ad have done an incredible job. These photos are from the Monster Mayhem website, but there is a lot of buildup photos on the Bigfoot Facebook page. Enjoy!

Now this is awesome! Bigfoot and King Kong were neck and neck for the being the first official monster truck. Check out this video from the late 70′s!

Race Dezert user Bringtheruckus posted some photos of F100 Ford race trucks that his family used to race to this thread on Race Dezert. The thread covers bumpside (67-72) and dentside (73-79) Ford race trucks. Some are new trucks being build while some are restorations of desert race trucks and prerunners from the 70′s and 80′s.
