In response to our article last week about Willys Jeeps crossing the Rubicon Trail in 1946, we have a great video of the 16th Annual Jeepers Jamboree on the Rubicon Trail. Notice the lack of roll bars, seat belts and suspension travel! What do you think?

Brian McCamish has posted a bunch of photos of his dad’s Toyota Land Cruiser. The photos, from the 70′s and 80′s, are from a variety of trails, including the Rubicon Trail in California. Brians website not only has these awesome photos, but is full of lots of Toyota information.

The forum over at the Pacifac Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association website has photo section and this thread has some great vintage photos. Willys flatfenders, Jeep CJ-5′s, lots of mud, desert dogs, long hair and beards…what else can you ask for?
