Some of you may recall our Big Oly Bronco articles here and here . While the Bill Stroppe truck was ahead of it’s time, there was a lot of wild vehicles that followed a few years later. Take for example, Frank “Scoop” Vessels Chevrolet Blazer. I came across these photos on the Old Photos thread on Race Dezert.com. This has become one of the largest collections of old off desert racing photos that I have ever seen. There is a lot of history there and it is easy to loose an hour or more reading all the stories and viewing the photos!
