Ron Johnson, owner of the infamous vintage James Garner Goodyear Grabbler Olds 442 off road race car has sent me some more photos of the cars rebuild. Ron is rebuilding the car, which we featured HERE and HERE , to race in the NORRA 1000 vintage off road race coming up on April 28-May 2 in Mexcico. The car will be driven by trophy truck driver Rick Johnson and copiloted by owner Ron Johnson. Ron will also be entering his unrestored Vic Hickey Chevrolet Race truck, which will be driven by his Ron’s brother.
