We used to own a piece of Bill Stroppe & Associates; Stroppe used to send the semi-trailer down to el Arco a week ahead of time. No telephones, radios, GPS, just you, your machine and ingenuity…
Bill, that is the way it should be. Trophy trucks are neat, but not really a test of true drivers that can drive fast with limited modifications…real men!
