That looks like a picture taken in Provincetown MA. 237 Commercial St is a valid adress in that town and here is a web site for them with that same picure on their site. I guess they are still there!

I’ve no idea how I got to this site but I’ve got the two front fenders, hood and grill from a truck like Art’s (even the same colour) as well as a front axle sitting up in my barn…
