the make is austrian 
whetter it is Steyr-Puch ( brand name )
and the model is Pinzgauer model 710 ( 2 axle )
(712 is 3 Axle) 
Widely used by austrian army and in samller numbers by austrian fire brigades ( KLFA ) newer models, like this one ( bonnet ) are also used by the Brtish army. smaller look-alike ( earlier model?) is called Haflinger.]]></description>
