I might know what happened to Leadfoot. There was a white, late 1970s Chevrolet El Camino monster truck with similar-looking wheels that was parked for many years in the parking lot near a repair shop in Mancelona, Michigan, about a block and a half from the Sherman tank near the traffic light. We used to see it when we’d drive to my grandparents’ house in Kalkaska from our home in Petoskey. We even stopped and got our picture near it once, but sadly, the photo didn’t come out. It was there from about 1995-2005. I remember it disappeared shortly around the time I started college.

My father-in-law built the motors and transmissions for Leadfoot. If you would like I can find out 100% what it was powered by. I also know what happened to Leadfoot if you are interested.
