In reply to Peggy Pedersen. Hi, my father, John Moreth, raced from 1972 until 1980 his number was 72 which became 272. I have a 1960 beetle that I was told belonged to Ove. I bought it from Browns Wrecking in 1976 or there abouts.

My Father was a VW mechanic and owned a business called Dane Motors. His name is Ove PEDERSEN and the races with CORRA are some of our families best memories. One of the pictures you posted is my Dad. His number was 928!

My father raced off road buggies in the 60′ & 70’s.ive been looking for pictures for years I was wondering if anybody has any.
Dave aldred ,a.c.e racing he ran corvair and Volkswagen his numbers were 80 180 and 181 c class.
I see lots of pictures of people that were at alot of races we went to. I recognize the buggie numbers and know the names of these guys.great times.
