Dave Collier is no stranger to the desert. Growing up traveling with his parents in a Jeep CJ5 to Ocotillo and Gordons Well, it didn’t take long for him to start racing District 38 and eventually co-driving in 4-wheel vehicles in the Mint 400 and Frontier 500 in the late 80’s. Next step was his own class 9 car which he raced into the 90’s. By 2003 he built his own 5-1600 car and went on to win a SCORE championship in 2004 along with the Toyota Milestone True Grit award for the season.
As his family grew racing became less of a priory and he set out to build his dream prerunner. The idea of the “Juggy” was born in 2005 and it finally hit the dirt 6 years later.
