This 1994 Nissan Safari Patrol Turbo-Diesel 4×4 recently sold on Bring-A-Trailor for $20k. It’s a right-hand-drive from Japan and was imported to the US this year. We don’t see these very often and haven’t featured one here on Off Road Action yet other than the original 1951 Nissan Patrol 4W60 back in 2011.
The 4.2-liter TD42 turbo-diesel inline-six features mechanical fuel injection and was rated at 143 horsepower and 244 lb-ft of torque. It’s mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Check out more details and photos at BAT.
