This is a pretty neat Willys CJ-2A for sale. While the Jeep itself is interesting, I love the buzz saw attatchment! In the late 40’s and early 50’s, Willys marketed their Jeeps to the ranchers and other customers that could use the Willys for more than backroad adventures.
1946 Willys CJ2A in original almost rustfree condition, there is slight surface rust on the under body and one spot of rust on a hat channel at one of the mounting bolts.
Bring A Trailer has been featuring some awesome 4×4’s for sale lately, like the 1969 Ford Bronco that we featured yesterday. Today, they brought us this mint 1988 Toyota SR5 Extra Cab pickup with only 8289 original miles! The original owners son is selling it for his father for health reasons. While you may have some sticker shock after hearing the $12,500 asking price, it seems very reasonable when you consider that most 1988 Toyota trucks have a rusted out frame and body or have been modifed and pounded on. This even has the original dash mat! There is more information on the Yotatech site and the owner has a ton more photos here.
If you have been reading Off Road Action for a while, you know that I love early Ford Broncos. This 1969 Ford Bronco is another one that I would like to add to my collection of must haves. The Bronco is 90% original body work with no rust. The only part that has been repainted is the rear quarter panels because of the rocks that kicked up and killed the paint. The owner has done a lot of work and his attention to detail really shows through. I love the colour matched Line X interior and floor. The Craigs List ad has more information and this Picasaweb gallery has tons of photos
Back in November 2009, we posted an article about this Jeep CJ stepside truck that us a copy of the rare Gaucho truck, which was built by a California Jeep dealer in the 70’s. The owner has decided to sell the project, which is really a shame since he is almost finished! This interesting project is up for sale on Ebay and you can view the buildup on Jeep forum.com
This Troopie HJ45 Toyota Land Cruiser from Vancouver, BC is in great shape and is one of the best troopies I have seen. Having said that, I would rather it had the Overland top it was originally outfitted with. It does not matter, though, because it is still out of my budget
You have to check out this Willys MB for sale on Ebay. I have never seen a PTO system like this! Or front fenders, for that matter. I am not even going to try and explain it…I think the owner does a great job! Originally seen on Ewillys.com “Ok here goes… To the best of [...]
I came across this 1957 Tatra 805 Radio Command truck for sale via my daily email from Bring A Trailer. According to TatraPortal.sk , this model was made between 1955 and 1959 and came in open canopy, wagons and different box type versions like this radio command truck. Part of me wants to restore it and part of me wants to put a diesel engine in it and convert it to a camper.
