Today we have an interesting photo of a Toyota FJ25 Land Cruiser from Australia. From my understanding, the FJ25’s were sent to Australia in the 50’s without a top, which was fabricated in Aussie land. It is definatly a lot different from the other FJ25 tops I have seen.

How Stuff Works: The 1966-1977 Ford Bronco

I never thought that I would find a very detailed history of the 1966-1977 Ford Bronco on How Stuff Works. The article provides an in depth look at all the different statistics of the Ford Bronco over the years, as well as interesting quotes from magazines. “Best of all about the Bronco is that West of the Pecos rodeo aura that makes a driver shout, ‘Eeeeeaaaaayyhhooo!’ as he plows four-wheel full tilt through a mountain stream or breaks airborne over a mountain top.”

South America Off Road Racing

Actually, I do not know if the videos below are of off road racing in South America. I just saw Ecuador in there somewhere. Is your spanish better than mine? Where are these races? No matter where the location, they look like a lot of fun! They remind me of the obstacle races and wheel to wheel races that I used to attend with my parents in the 70’s and 80’s. There is no big suspension travel…just a lot of people out having fun! I see Jeeps, Toyota Land Cruisers, a 66-77 Ford Bronco and even the odd full size truck.
